Digital follow-up and performance control platform by Derichebourg Services
BisonHQ is an activity monitoring and information exploitation platform that was created in 2013 by Derichebourg Services.
It has been built with our own resources and developed ad hoc based on the experience of the projects and services carried out for years and the level of knowledge of the staff that have been carrying out these activities. It has been incorporating different modules and functionalities until it has reached all the activities that are carried out in the provision of services, from those destined to control the works to the invoicing and relationship with clients.
BisonHQ's capabilities provide the control of work packages. The platform makes possible to control deliverables of each work package in real time as well as generate, send and validate invoicing through telematic procedures
BisonHQ has a catalogue of more than 240 different job types, which in turn can be complemented by a predefined data dictionary of 1,400 fields
The platform has an advanced skills management system, where employees keep a very detailed record of their skills, both those related to training and professional experience and those related to professional skills in the field of services in which they work
BisonHQ allows the collection of different types of information. Through activity tracking, daily reports of task execution and status can be obtained.
Adaptation and zero response time: the platform can be adapted to any service without the need for further development, allowing creating new workflows on the fly or modifying existing ones and incorporating new data entities.
Cost savings: no need to purchase additional licenses to provide services in new features.
Productivity: planning of work teams, elimination of repetitive tasks through automation, alert systems and adaptation to the kandan model.
Incorporation of external sources in a non-intrusive way: data from external sources can be integrated without the need to modify or perform actions on the source systems.
History and audit: all the actions carried out by the users are audited as well as the changes made on the activities through a history of changes that reflects who, when and what information has been incorporated or modified.
Security: strong management of permissions that guarantees the confidentiality of the information, through fine-grained permissions that allow managing user action on specific data.
Transparency: allows preparing and publishing reports and dashboards in a secure way to collaborators and clients.
Modularity: BisonHQ has a modular development and has the ability to incorporate new modules in an agile way in case new services require it.
BisonHQ's capabilities provide the control of work packages. The platform makes possible to control deliverables of each work package in real time as well as generate, send and validate invoicing through telematic procedures.
Through the notices and notifications module, customers and collaborators can be informed of any incident that occurs, as well as receive and even carry out the validation of agreements and / or delivery notes.
The platform also has tools to support quality systems, such as receipt and management of complaints, monitoring of non-conformities and audits, and analysis of risks and associated action plan.
A catalogue of more than 240 different tasks, which in turn can be complemented by a predefined data dictionary of 1,400 fields. Each work package has its own project, where the personnel involved in it monitor the activities, updating the progress of the work, incorporating the documents or specifying any type of incident. These data will be later exploited in the reporting module.
Team leaders can schedule work teams in advance. Each shift records the progress of the work, obtaining detailed productivity measurements. It also allows information to be obtained on which problems are generated during the activity and which cause loss of productivity. This planning can be consulted by collaborators and clients.
To avoid duplication, BisonHQ allows incorporating data from external sources through Excel, XML or CSV files. It also allows the automation of actions that can be configured through the interface, such as automatic calculation of values or generation and sending of alerts.
The platform has an advanced skills management system, where employees keep a very detailed record of their skills, both those related to training and professional experience and those related to professional skills in the field of services in which they work.
The system is capable of detecting the competencies needed of each employee to work on particular services. Obtaining the competencies is traced from the system and applied according to the Derichebourg Services quality system. The system notifies in advance the expiration of the competences and allows their requalification.
BisonHQ have a collection of different types of information. Through activity tracking, daily reports of task execution and status can be obtained. Additionally, it has modules for online data analysis, as well as the creation and self-provision of scorecards.
There is a catalogue with a hundred predefined KPIs that can be applied to each service provision. For example, during the transfer phase of each service, and in addition to the KPIs specified in the WORK SPECIFICATION, the client can select what other KPIs available in the catalogue can be obtained in his service.
The client and collaborators can have a custom access where they can access to the reports, scorecards and analytical views of their provision.
